Contact support from my Mozilla VPN app

Once you have logged in:

  1. Open Mozilla VPN and click the Settings icon.

  2. Click Get help.

  3. Click Contact support.

  4. Complete the Contact support form, where you'll be asked to provide your email address and additional information about your problem.

  5. Click Submit to complete your request.
